If you would
like for Sheila to come and speak for the ladies of your
congregation contact her at the above address.
Sheila is often
asked to speak on these topics, but she would be willing to study
any Biblical topic of your choosing.
Topics
Seeking Spiritual Beauty:
A study of the world’s standard of beauty in comparison to true
beauty in Christ!
Sisterhood: A study of
how we, as Christian sisters, are to treat one another and encourage
one another as part of the body of Christ.
Moments with the Master:
This study opens our eyes to the fact that how we spend our minutes,
our hours and our days is how we are spending our lives!
Let Go and Grow!: A study
of the things we are going to have to let go of in this life if we
are going to take hold of our Lord and King!
Seasons of Service: This
topic encompasses women of every age as we study together the
seasons of our lives and the service we can render during those
seasons to our Lord and to our fellow men.
Women’s Role in the Church:
A very frank and timely Biblical study of the Christian woman’s role
in the church of our Lord.
Open Heart, Open Home: A
study of how our homes can bring us closer to the Lord and be used
for the glory of God!
A Word Fitly Spoken: A
study of Proverbs 25:11 and Matthew 12: 36,37. As Christian women,
we must live everyday knowing that by our words we will be justified
or condemned by our Lord.
No Greater Joy: A study
of the Scriptures that guide us in raising children who will bring
great joy! Many practical suggestions and applications for everyday
day life are included. The joy of our lives should be in raising
children who will love the Lord and develop their own strong faith.
Decide to Abide in the Doctrine of
Christ: A Biblical study that assures us that we can
know God our father and His Son by abiding in the teachings of
Christ. With the Winds of change so strong in the church today, what
is a woman to do?
This World Is Not My Home:
We are truly sojourners in this world. How can we keep our eye on
the goal of heaven as we live day to day on this physical earth?
What did Christ mean when he prayed that His followers would live
“in” this world but not “of” this world?
Decisions Determine Destiny:
A Biblical study of how every decision we make should be made in
view of eternity!
Memories in the Making:
The most precious memories of a Christian woman may not be the same
as those of her counterpart in the world. Our most precious memories
should be the ones that will make a difference for eternity. How do
we make those memories in our everyday lives?
Recipes for Life: This
lesson explores three recipes by which most people live their lives.
It is a scriptural look at those recipes and brings us to the
conclusion that there is only one recipe that will enable us to
enjoy eternity!
